Sinatra the Musical announced their three leads today. The stars will head up the production about the life of Frank Sinatra.

Sinatra the Musical Cast

The musical is set to open at The Aldwych Theatre from 3rd June 2026. Sinatra is booking until 10th April 2027.

Set on New Year’s Eve 1942, the musical follows Sinatra as he prepares to walk onto the stage of the Paramount Theatre in New York, a moment that propels him into national fame. The show charts his rise to fame as well as his personal relationships and challenges. Not only that, it of course features more than 20 of Frank Sinatra’s hits. This incleds “That’s life”, “One for My Baby” and “Come Fly With Me”.

The leading man of the production playing Frank Sinatra is Joel Harper-Jackson. Harper-Jackson’s previous credits include Kinky Boots, Jesus Christ Superstar and Netflix’s Matilda. Playing Nancy Sinatra, his first wife is Phoebe Panaretos. She was in the original production of this new musical when it played at the Birmingham Rep back in 2023. Lastly, Ana Villafañe plays Ava Gardner. Ana Villafañe is a Broadway star, most well known for originating the role of Gloria Estefan in On Your Feet!

It marks the first in a new series of projects from Frank Sinatra Enterprises and Universal Music Group aimed at introducing the artist’s work to new audiences.
