Beetlejuice West End rehearsal images were released today!
The show opens in less than two weeks for its West End debut at The Prince Edward Theatre. The show is running from 20th May 2026 until 17th April 2027.
London Theatre fans have eagerly awaited this show to cross over to the UK. Based on the 80s cult classic, directed by Tim Burton, the musical adaptation originally opened on Broadway in 2019. Following the pandemic, it returned in 2022 and toured extensively in the United States and played internationally in Tokyo, Seoul, Melbourne and Abu Dhabi. The story follows teenager Lydia, who encounters a pair of recently deceased homeowners and the ghost Beetlejuice after moving into a new house.
Leading the show is David Fynn playing the role of the tormenting spooky presence of Beetlejuice. WhatsOnStage Award nominee Tom Xander is his alternate.
Joining them is Hannah Nordberg as Lydia, with David Hunter as Adam Maitland and Chelsea Halfpenny as Barbara Maitland. Also, Aimie Atkinson plays Delia Schlimmer and Alasdair Harvey plays Charles Deetz.
Chasity Crisp is making her West End debut as Maxine Dean / Juno, with Otho played by Richard Frame, and Maxie Deane by Irvine Iqbal. Rachel Macdougall is playing Girl Scout and Miss Argentina is played by Vanessa Aurora Sierra.
Completing the company are Jemma Alexander, Samuel Bangs, Natasha Cayabyab, Chris Draper, Harley Emmitt, Catherine McCormick, Robbie McMillan, Kieran Mellish, Elliott Parry, Jacob Smith, Adam Taylor, Tyler Timmins and Issie Wilman.
