New shows to watch

Sinatra the Musical

Sinatra the Musical begins previews for its upcoming run at The Aldwych Theatre from 3rd June. Beginning in 1942, a skinny 27-year-old Italian-American singer is about to step onto the stage of New York City’s Paramount Theatre and give a performance that will change music history. But as Frank Sinatra’s voice captures a nation, his heart is torn. Torn between his wife, Nancy, and movie star, Ava Gardner. When scandal and a hostile press send his career into a tailspin, the young crooner fights back and stages the greatest comeback in show business history. Featuring over twenty classic hits, including That’s Life, One For My Baby and The Best Is Yet to Come, Sinatra The Musical is the most revealing portrait ever told about the legendary singer.

The cast includes Joel Harper-Jackson as Frank Sinatra, Ana Villafañe as Ava Gardner and Phoebe Panaretos as Nancy Sinatra. You can read more about them by clicking here. This musical is scheduled as a long runner at The Aldwych Theatre with booking until April 2027.

The Truth

Also beginning performances this month is the comedy play, The Truth. The play is written by Oscar-winning writer Florian Zeller. It is a wickedly entertaining comedy where trust is fragile, loyalty is negotiable, and everyone has something to hide. It follows two couples which are played by a star studded line up! None other than Stephen Managan is returning to the London stage. This is as well as Sarah Hadland, Janie Dee and Ardal O’Hanlon. This star-driven revival of the Olivier-nominated play peels back the lies we tell the people we love, and the ones we tell ourselves

This revival is only running in the West End for a strictly limited 14-week season.

The Truth begins performances at The Apollo Theatre on 9th June and is playing until 12th September 2026.

Inter Alia

Inter Alia starring Rosamund Pike has become one of the hottest tickets about in London Right Now. In fact, this production earned Pike won an Olivier Award for her performance in this role. Following a successful run at The National, Inter Alia is now playing at The Wyndham’s Theatre. The story is that of a Crown Court Maverick Judge who also balances life as a wife and mother. However, when her son is accused of a crime she prides herself on fighting for justice for, her world spins. This play is also only playing for a limited run. Therefore it must end on 20th June 2026. It is a hard ticket to get so we advise booking now to avoid disappointment!

This classic musical is one of our newest discounted shows. Based on the traditional Charles Dickens novel, this revival of Lionel Bart musical is still enthralling audiences. The story follows a Victorian orphan called Oliver and his antics in the East End of London. He find himself taken in by a gang of pickpockets and follows his journey to survive in this difficult time, However it’s not all doom and gloom. It actually features some of musical theatre most famous and catchy songs including Consider Yourself, Food Glorious Food and Oom Pah Bah to name a few!
