I’m no strange to this musical, having watched it 5 times myself. We all know the classic story of The Wizard of Oz when Dorothy famously triumphed over The Wicked Witch of the West but do we know everything? We only heard one side of the story after all! Based on the novel by Gregory Maguire,\u00a0Wicked\u00a0imagines a beguiling backstory and future possibilities to the lives of L. Frank Baum\u2019s beloved characters from \u2018The Wonderful Wizard of Oz\u2019, revealing the decisions and events that shape the destinies of two unlikely university friends on their journey to becoming Glinda The Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
