It was so popular in fact that it is now set to open at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsbo.co.uk\/theatre\/adelphi-theatre\">The Adelphi Theatre<\/a>. The shows opening won the WhatsOnStage Award for Best New Play and received an Olivier Award nomination for Best New Entertainment or Comedy Play.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this new run, original Mischief member Bryony Corrigan will join the cast playing Elena Popova. All other original West End cast\u00a0members\u00a0are returning to this award winning <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsbo.co.uk\/ShowList.aspx?TagId=15\">comedy<\/a> play! David Hearn also  returns as Lance Buchanan with Adele James as Rosemary Wilson and Chris Leask as Sergei Ivanov. Henry Lewis plays Douglas Woodbead with Henry Shields playing Bernard Wright and Greg Tannahill\u00a0as Albert Tipton. Finally,\u00a0Nancy\u00a0Zamit\u00a0returned to her role of Janet Buchanan. Completing The Comedy About Spies cast forming the ensemble are Macadie Amoroso, Adam Byron, Matt Cavendish,\u00a0Allie Dart, Niall Ransome and\u00a0Ashley Tucker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsbo.co.uk\/ShowList.aspx?TagId=15\">comedy<\/a> play is written by Mischief Theatres\u00a0Henry Lewis\u00a0and\u00a0Henry Shields. Who are also responsible for hit shows including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsbo.co.uk\/comedy\/the-play-that-goes-wrong\">The Play That Goes Wrong<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsbo.co.uk\/comedy\/christmas-carol-goes-wrong\">Christmas Carol Goes Wrong<\/a> (can you sense a theme here?).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The story follows a rogue British agent who steals plans for a top-secret weapon. This results in CIA and KGB spies converging on London\u2019s Piccadilly Hotel in search of the file.
