The production opens at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsbo.co.uk\/theatre\/noel-coward-theatre\">Noel Coward Theatre <\/a>in October this year and will run for a strictly limited seven-week season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The story follows a man who returns to his childhood home and re-discovers the pond of the old Sussex farmhouse where he used to play as a child. He is then transported back to his 12<sup>th<\/sup> birthday when his friend Lettie claimed that it wasn\u2019t a pond at all\u2026 but an ocean. They are then plunged into a magical world and are forced to protect themselves from ancient forces that threaten to destroy everything around them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This spectacular adaptation by Joel Horwood has received over 60 5-star reviews and takes audiences on an epic journey to a childhood once forgotten.<br><br>THE OCEAN AT THE END OF THE LANE will play at the Noel Coward Theatre in London from the 11<sup>th<\/sup> of October 2023 to the 25<sup>th<\/sup> of November 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Andrew Scott To Star in VANYA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/lsbo.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Vanya-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-755\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This Autumn Andrew Scott (Fleabag, Sherlock, His Dark Materials) is returning to the West End to star in Simon Stephen\u2019s new adaptation of Anton Chekhov\u2019s Uncle Vanya. Scott is set to play every character in the iconic play in this one man staging of Chekhov\u2019s masterpiece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>This new version of the play is directed by Sam Yates and designed by Rosanna Vize.
