The Victoria Theatre can be found on Victoria Street right in the heart of the City. There has been a theatre building on this site since 1832, when it was originally a Music Hall venue. In 1886 and again in 1910, the building was demolished and rebuilt to accommodate rapidly evolving modern developments such as electricity. It now seats around 1,550 people and has been home to productions of serious plays and musicals like ‘Me and My Girl’. After World War II ended, it became a venue that specialised in Variety of performances and was the place where people flocked to see The Crazy Gang for an unprecedented run of 15 years.
The full address of the Victoria Theatre is Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5EA.
