The full cast has been announced for the upcoming West End production of Mean Girls the Musical and we think it’s so fetch!
Mean Girls opens at the Savoy Theatre on 5 June and is currently booking all the way up to 16 February. The smash-hit musical adaptation of the 2004 chick flick is transferring to the West End after a hugely successful run over on Broadway.

Based on the 2004 blockbuster film Mean Girls follows the story of Cady Heron, a student who relocates from the African savanna to a dangerous place called high school. There she encounters a clique known as the plastics ruled by Queen Bee Regina George. 20 years after the original release of the film Mean Girls continues its legacy with fans still quoting the iconic film daily.
Mean Girls is set to star Charlie Burn (Les Misérables) as Cady Heron, Georgina Castle (Dirty Dancing, Elf the Musical) as Regina George, Elèna Gyasi (SIX) as Gretchen Wieners, and Grace Mouat (SIX, The Great British Bake Off Musical) as Karen Smith.
Further casting includes Elena Skye (Les Misérables, Kinky Boots) as Janis Sarkisian and Tom Xander (A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Book of Mormon) as Damian Hubbard. With Daniel Bravo (Cruel Intentions, Witness for the Prosecution) as Aaron Samuels and Lucca Chadwick Patel (MAMMA MIA!, Legally Blonde) as Kevin Ganatra, captain of ‘The Mathletes’ Ako Mitchell
(The Sound of Music, Black Superhero) as Principal Mr Duvall and Zoë Rainey (Made in Dagenham, An American in Paris) as Ms Norbury, Mrs George and Ms Heron.
The cast is completed by Tia Antoine-Charles, Georgia Arron, Liam Buckland, Shonah Buwu, Baylie Carson, Freddie Clements, Siobhan Diffin, Clíona Flynn, Fergie Fraser, Angus Good, Jenny Huxley-Golden, Holly Liburd, Corey Mitchell, Mervin Noronha, Aharon Rayner, Trézel Sergeant, Josh Singleton, Annie Southall, Lillia Squires, Tommy Wade-Smith, and Holly Willock.
The musical is written by Tina Fey, who also wrote the gilm with music by acclaimed composer Jeff Richmond and lyrics by Nell Benjamin. Direction and choreography by Casey Nicholaw, Set Design by Scott Pask, Costume Design by Katrna Lindsay, Lighting Design by Kenneth Posner and Sound Design by Brian Roman.
Mean Girls had its world premiere in 2017 at the National Theatre in Washington, D.C and then opened in Broadway in April 2028 at the August Wilson Theatre. Now it’s heading to London!You won’t want to miss this theatrical event of the summer; we know it is going to be ‘So Fetch!’
