Starlight Express closing date was announced yesterday. The production also announced its world tour beginning in spring 2027.

The production is at the Troubadour Theatre Wembley Park and is the recipient of 7 What’s On Stage Awards. Starlight Express is a musical which tells the story of Rusty the steam train. Rusty dreams of becoming the fastest engine in the world. Since its 1984 premiere, Starlight Express has been seen by more than 30 million people worldwide.

The Starlight Express Closing date is set for 3rd May. Despite this closure, this date makes it the longest-running revival of an Andrew Lloyd Webber show.
